"There's a Thomas Edison born every minute. We just have to help them turn the lights on," says development economist William Easterly. He joins us for an "Ethics Matter" town hall discussion. Devin T. Stewart will moderate this event.

Ethics Matter is a monthly series of town hall events with notable policy and academic experts. The events will be taped and distributed for broadcast on television stations across the country. A networking reception will follow the taping.
