Common Strategic Challenges: Presentation by Digital Pulp

At Policy Innovation's September 29th meeting on Strategic Communications and the Web, website developers Digital Pulp explained some of the new internet technologies that nonprofits can use to maximize their informational impact in a crowded communications world. This slide presentation illustrates the importance of understanding one's audience, focusing on the user and getting external perspectives during development, not shying away from a "commercial" approach, and leveraging content management systems and other new technologies so that a small staff can be produce a big impact.
