Robert Hormats of Goldman Sachs compares the fiscal policies from previous American wars with those of the current administration and argues that today's decisions place America's future at risk. Though the current conflict has cost less as a percentage of GDP, there has not been the same call for public involvement and sacrifice as in earlier wars.
