Stern Review Report on the Economics of Climate Change

The Stern Review is a major report from the UK Treasury on how economies can be green and grow at the same time. The report covers economics, ethics and climate change, policy responses for mitigation, implications of climate change for development, accelerating technological innovation, the challenges of international collective action, and many other issues including the economics of adaptation.
