Water: A Global Innovation Outlook Report
March 19, 2009
This IBM Global Innovations Outlook report on water discusses the necessity of broader data collection in the future, the ways in which the costs of collecting that data can be borne, and how water will need to be allocated in the years to come. In addition, it suggests ways in which water availability and pricing can be reformed, as needed, in the upcoming years. As its opening pages state, "For a species that prides itself on scientific discovery, we know startlingly little about the resource that is most crucial to our survival: water."External Link: Water: A Global Innovation Outlook Report
