International Institute for Sustainable Development

Description The International Institute for Sustainable Development is in the business of promoting change towards sustainable development. Through research and effective communication of findings, the Institute engages decision-makers in government, business, NGOs, and other sectors to develop and implement policies that are simultaneously beneficial to the global economy, the global environment, and to social well-being. IISD also believes fervently in the importance of building its own institutional capacity while helping partner organizations in the developing world to excel.
