Description The Partnership to Cut Hunger and Poverty in Africa was founded in early 2000 to mobilize public and private support in the United States for increased levels of assistance to Africa. The Partnership also seeks to create consensus among Africans and Americans about the steps needed to increase the effectiveness of aid, and bring about real progress in the fight end hunger in Africa.
