Description	MediaGlobal was launched in January 2006 as a nonprofit media company designed to create awareness in the global media of the suffering of the 10 poorest countries in Africa. MediaGlobal's objectives are to develop media initiatives on issues of poverty, disease, hunger and earth changes; generate international support for these countries; and raise the profile of these countries with the global community.
