ICE Coalition

Description The International Court for the Environment Coalition seeks the establishment of a specialized forum for transboundary environmental disputes. State and non-state actors would have standing before the court, and could conceivably be bound by compulsory jurisdiction. As there are many possible versions of such a court, the ICE Coalition seeks to generate debate and discussion of how new laws and institutions might better protect the global commons.
