Rebeca Grynspan is currently director of the subregional office (in Mexico) of the Economic Commission for Latin America. Prior to this post, she was Second Vice President of Costa Rica and Coordinating Minister for the Economic and Social Sectors. She holds a Master's in Economics from Sussex University. Ms. Grynspan's research interests include poverty alleviation and economic development in Latin America.
