Eloise Todd is on secondment working with the Carnegie Council's Global Policy Innovations program on fair trade issues. Eloise works as political adviser to the Socialist Group in the European Parliament, Brussels, and specializes in relations with developing countries. Eloise graduated from the College of Europe in Bruges with a Masters degree in political science and has a first in government and EU studies from Newcastle University.
