Ann Rutledge
Ann Rutledge is a founding principal of R&R Consulting, where she specializes in the valuation of structured debt, bond market development, and exchange governance.

She has served as the securitization expert for litigations initiated in the United States and the United Kingdom related to transactions involving the off-balance sheet financing of receivables.

With Sylvain Raynes, she is the co-author of two books on structured finance published by Oxford University Press, The Analysis of Structured Securities (2003) and Elements of Structured Finance (forthcoming in December 2009).

Rutledge is an adjunct associate finance professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
