Christina Madden is a research associate with GovernanceMetrics International, a corporate accountability ratings firm, and is an active member of Women in International Security.

She joined Carnegie Council as a contributor in July 2007. Previously, she was assistant editor of MediaGlobal, a UN-based news outlet focused on least developed countries, and a writer for World Politics Review.

As an undergraduate, she completed coursework at the Sorbonne and Sciences Po in Paris, France, and interned at a number of organizations, including the Nixon Center's Immigration and National Security Program and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
