Dambisa Moyo
From May 1993 to September 1995, Moyo worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., as a co-author on its annual World Development Report.
Moyo is a member of Cambridge University's Centre for International Business and Management (CIBAM), and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House). She is also a patron for Absolute Return for Kids (ARK), a hedge-fund-supported children's charity, and serves on the Board of the Lundin Charitable Foundation, which in September 2007 pledged U.S. $100 million toward microfinance initiatives in developing economies.
Moyo completed a Ph.D. in Economics at Oxford University and holds a Master's from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
