Jon Templeman has been writing for Global Policy Innovations since May 2008. Born in London, he is currently reading for a B.A. in Philosophy and French from the University of Oxford. He focuses on human rights and international law, and has worked at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and the International Rescue Committee.
