Kayvan Parvin


Kayvan Parvin is a second year student at Columbia Business School and is a member of the Green Business Club's executive board.

Kayvan is pursuing a career in carbon finance. This summer, he interned at Equator, LLC, a company that specializes in the creation and management of carbon offsets, primarily derived from forest- and land-use activities. His main responsibilities included policy research, financial analysis, and market forecasting. Kayvan plans on continuing his internship during the fall semester.

Prior to business school, Kayvan worked at Lehman Brothers in the Exposure Management group initially, and then moved to the Prime Brokerage group. He received his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Tufts University.
