Kosaku Yoshino
Kosaku Yoshino is Professor and Chair of the Department of Sociology in Sophia University. He received his Ph.D. at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His books include
Cultural Nationalism in Contemporary Japan: A Sociological Enquiry (Routledge, 1992);
Consuming Ethnicity and Nationalism: Asian Experiences (editor, Curzon Press and the University of Hawaii Press, 1999). His recent work examines Englishization in postcolonial Asia and he is writing a book on this subject.
