Neha Bhat is a researcher focused on international refugee law and its intersection with climate change, counter-terrorism, and national security.
She has worked with the UNHCR as a Refugee Status Determination Officer in New Delhi, India and in Tunisia, and she currently holds a Dean's Fellow position with Professor David Baluarte on an AU-UNHCR project on statelessness. Neha contributes regularly to Carnegie Council's Global Ethics Network.
