Nin-Hai Tseng joined Global Policy Innovations in January 2008. She is a student at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in the City of New York, where she is working toward a master's degree in public administration with a concentration in international economic policy. Tseng serves as a staff member at Columbia University's Journal of International Affairs. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a newspaper journalist in Florida covering an array of topics, from government to social services to the environment.
