Scott Walker scottwalkerus@gmail.com
Scott Walker is a policy, public affairs, and communications consultant. He has also worked as an in-house policy and press manager with British Music Rights in London, where he was responsible for developing relationships with senior-level media, political, governmental, regulatory, and business audiences. In this role, he managed extensive stakeholder engagement projects on a wide range of complex issues through supporting, and at times coordinating, the Music Business Forum, the informal collaboration of all the music (trade) associations in the UK.

Walker previously served a number of major international (media) clients as a public affairs consultant (account supervisor) with Fleishman-Hillard. He has completed a BA (Hon) in Politics and Government and a Masters in International Relations, both from the University of Kent. In addition, he holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and a Law Degree from BBP Law School in London, which he obtained while working full time.

In May 2008, Walker concluded the Executive Master's in Public Administration (concentration: international political economy) at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs while working as a freelance policy consultant on various topics related to corporate social responsibility, ethics and compliance, and digital media.
