Takekuni Kurosawa


Takekuni Kurosawa is Chief Policy Secretary in the office of Rep. Koichi Yamauchi (Japanese Diet). He is both a visiting researcher at the Social System Intelligence Laboratory and a part-time lecturer at the Okuma School of Public Management at Waseda University, Japan.

After teaching and researching at the Institute of Lowland Technology, Saga University, Japan, he came to Nagatacho and started working on the Japanese policy-making process as a chief policy secretary of Liberal Democratic Party members of the National Diet of Japan, and a chief researcher at the LDP oriented think tank, "the Think Tank 2005 Japan."

He received a B.Eng. from Waseda University, Japan, and a Ph.D. in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania, in the United States.
