Zhou Xiaozhong


Zhou Xiaozhong is a special research fellow at the China Financial Policy Center of Peking University, China. Previously he was associate director and research fellow at the Asia-Pacific Management Center, Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and as special assistant to Dean Lester Thurow.

As an active businessman, Zhou represented the New China Hong Kong Group in the U.S. in the mid-1990s. Later, he worked as chief representative for CCA International, LTD in China; China advisor and economist for Standard Chartered Bank; and chief strategic advisor to Great Cultural Prosperity Investment Company, LTD. Among his many translation works are Head to Head: Upcoming Economic Battle Among Japan, Europe and America, and The Future of Capitalism, both authored by Dean Thurow. Zhou was a key member for the Regional Study, "Ningbo Economic and City Development Plan."
